The disposable 4-edge plate-opening end mill uses alloy blades and is usable on all 4 sides. When one side becomes dull, the user can rotate the cutter. The service life of the blade is greatly improved. This design not only reduces the frequency of blade replacement, but also reduces usage costs. Provides a smoother surface at the bottom of the cut compared to traditional two-blade milling cutters. Achieve highest cut quality, maximum cutting efficiency and faster material removal process. Designed for planing and grooving: can process medium density fiberboard/ fiberboard/ high density fiber/ low density fiber/ high density polyurethane (HDU board) balsa wood/ plastic/ acrylic/ plywood/ particle board/ solid wood/ cork, etc.

Use a lower CNC spindle speed and adjust the feed rate to prevent the acrylic material from melting and sticking to the tool.

Maximum RPM = 24,000.

NOTE: This tool is not designed for insertion! You must gradually descend to a depth of 1/4 inch over a 20-inch stroke. Use the maximum RPM allowed, start at the feed rate, then increase until waves appear, then decrease to a smooth cut/finish.
