Countertop Thread Knife

The countertop wire cutter is mainly used to process the four sides and corners of the countertop. The cutter body is made of 45# steel and processed on a CNC lathe to ensure that the shape and hole diameter of the cutter are accurate. The shape of the cutter body must be consistent with the outer diameter of the actual processing drawing, and the height of the cutter body must be 2MM less than the blade edge. The number of teeth is machined by indexing on a milling machine.

The blade has 4-edged or 6-edged designs with various blade shapes. It can be processed and produced according to customer's CAD drawings or wood samples. It is made of 3MM tungsten carbide alloy high-frequency welding. This high-hardness and high-strength material makes the blade stronger and more wear-resistant during processing, extending the service life of the table thread knife.

Tool production goes through multiple processes including turning, milling, welding, cooling, sandblasting, and copy grinder processing. The sandblasting process makes the tool surface smoother, and the copy grinder grinds the cutting edge to keep the cutting edge consistent and improve the processing accuracy.

Countertop thread knives are not consistent in size. The width and length are different, so the drawing size must be confirmed before producing the tool.

Precautions For Use:

1. Before use, check whether the knife is intact, whether the rotation is flexible and smooth, and whether there is any damage.

2. Avoid excessive wear and should be ground or replaced in time after use for a period of time.

3. During the processing process, pay attention to the adjustment of the cutting speed and cutting depth of the knife in order to achieve the best processing effect.

4. Avoid manual operation under high-speed rotation, and reasonable and effective fixing measures should be taken to ensure processing safety.

5. During the machining process, pay attention to regularly cleaning the cutting tools and processing area to avoid accumulation of debris that affects processing.
