Welcome to provide drawings and samples to customize various special-shaped knives. Customization process:

1. If you have a CAD design drawing, please provide us with a 1:1 wood sample directly; you can also send us the wood sample directly; if you do not have these two, but only have ideas, please draw the detailed data on paper and send it to us via QQ, WeChat, post or take a photo.

2. When we receive the drawings and agree on the price, the designer will draw a 1:1 CAD drawing for you to confirm until you confirm it is OK.

 

In addition, customers need to provide:

(1) The hole diameter, outer diameter or bottom diameter of the knife, and the R angle size of the chamfer.

(2) The direction of rotation of the knife on the shaft, that is (clockwise or counterclockwise).

(3) The type of woodworking machinery used.

(4) The wood material to be processed so that we can use alloys in a targeted manner.

 

Applicable woodworking machinery:

It can be applied to vertical lathes, copy milling machines, and four-sided planers.
