The teeth are prone to chipping when encountering hard objects such as strong impact or scars. To reduce tooth chipping, it is necessary to increase the size of the finger joint teeth or reduce the finger joint depth;
2) The back angle of the finger joint tooth side is too small or the processing time is long, and the wood grease accumulates and becomes sticky due to friction. The grease needs to be cleaned and ground;
3) Reinstall the cutter, thoroughly clean the dust and debris on the cutter shaft, gasket, and end face of the cutter, and tighten the locking screws evenly.
