(1) Bearings cannot be cleaned with solvents such as diesel or kerosene, otherwise the lubricating grease in the bearing will be destroyed. Dust, wood chips and other dirt can be removed with a dust blower.
(2) Since the bearing is operating at high speed, timely replenishment of lubricating oil is very important for the service life of the bearing, so a small amount of lubricating oil should be added after 2-3 hours of operation.
(3) During the processing of wood, the resin and glue on the wood become fluid due to heat, and sticking to the working bearing will affect the processing quality and reduce the service life of the bearing. If this is the case, the resin and glue stuck to the bearing should be cleaned before processing.
(4) Bearings that cannot rotate smoothly must be replaced immediately. Nuts, screws, washers, etc. must be replaced if damaged.
