(1) The woodworking milling cutter is specially designed for portable and desktop woodworking engraving machines and cannot be used on machines such as electric drills and drill presses.
(2) The tool can process hardwood, softwood, synthetic board and other wood to produce a smooth surface, but avoid processing metal materials such as copper and iron and non-wood materials such as sand and stone.
(3) Be sure to use a collet of appropriate size, because a collet that is severely worn, not round enough, and has a tapered inner hole cannot provide sufficient clamping force, which may cause vibration or twist the tool handle and cause it to fly off.
(4) Never think that the new jacket must be safe and reliable. When it is found that there are uneven contact marks or grooves on the tool handle after the tool is clamped, it means there is slippage and the inner hole of the jacket is deformed. At this time, the jacket should be replaced immediately to avoid accidents.
(5) After the tool is clamped, if it is found that the tool jumps during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately and repeated clamping several times to allow full contact between the tool handle and the jacket before starting work.
(6) The contact between the tool handle and the jacket should be good. The tool handle must be fully inserted into the jacket and tightened firmly, so as to provide sufficient clamping force for the tool. Do not insert only a small part into the collet, otherwise the tool handle may break and the tool may be damaged.
(7) Use appropriate eye and ear protection when operating
(8) Keep your body, clothes and other debris away from the working tool.
