EVA Milling Cutter

This router is a DIY or custom cutter for deep CNC machining of large, fast foam blocks. Widely used in molding mold manufacturing CNC milling machines for cutting polystyrene foam, EPS foam, EVA foam, polystyrene foam, etc.

Recommended speed: 5000rpm

Recommended Parameters for Foam Milling:

For long drill bits for foam milling we generally recommend running at 4000-5000rpm. Good for machine milling cutters to get a good surface finish. For larger and longer drill bits, it is recommended to start at 3000rpm and adjust from there. The tool doesn't vibrate much, doesn't make much noise, and is fine.

You can start adjusting at a slow speed. These parameters are for reference only, you can adjust them according to your machine's rigidity, foam density, cutting depth, etc. Just test at low speed to avoid breaking the tool.
