Disposable CNC Turning Tool

The real advantage of disposable CNC turning tools is that the tool body can be reused, there is no need to recalibrate the tool, and the blade can be replaced during use. Most disposable blades have at least two cutting edges per cut, while some have four. When the knife becomes dull, you simply loosen the knife (knife), rotate it, and retighten it. Setup can usually be done from the machine or on the tool, saving valuable time without re-clamping the tool.
