TCT corrugated corrugated cutters are widely used in wood processing, furniture manufacturing, papermaking, plastic recycling and other industries. The main products include plywood rotary cutters, slicing knives, chipper knives, paper cutters, shredding knives, shearing knife pressure bars, planers, saw blades, etc. Products can be designed in different sizes and we can produce all sizes in metric and imperial (imperial) sizes.

Carbide lasts 10 times longer than the best high-speed steels. Ideal for hardwoods, long-term decking and MDF profiles. For grinding, we have even developed special CDX diamond grinding wheels for sharpening carbide mounted knives.

TCT corrugated corrugated cutter tool life is more than 1,000% (10 times) that of M2-HSS. Carbide is used in hardwoods (i.e. hickory, hard maple, MDF, plywood, etc.). Carbide is very hard (~92 Rc) and should be sharpened using a diamond or silicon carbide type wheel (please contact if these wheels are required). Carbide can wear over 100,000 linear feet, but is also brittle and may splinter if there are staples or rocks in the wood.
