Use a lower CNC spindle speed and adjust the feed rate to prevent the acrylic material from melting and sticking to the tool.
WARNING: Make sure the cutter rotation is completely stable and square.

The cutter can be inserted up to a depth of 6 mm (1/4 in.) before resurfacing begins.
