HSS (High Speed ​​Steel) is heat treated for higher hardness and wear resistance, and can stay sharp longer than other carbon steels.

Each forming profile includes a set of 4 indexable cutters, so tool setting is quick and easy.

Customization process:

1. If you have a CAD design drawing, please provide us with a 1:1 wood sample directly; you can also send us the wood sample directly; if you don't have these two, only ideas, please draw the detailed data on paper

2. When we receive the drawings and agree on the price, the designer will draw a 1:1 CAD drawing for you to confirm until you confirm it is OK.

In addition, customers need to provide:

(1) The handle diameter, outer diameter or bottom diameter of the tool.

(2) The direction of rotation of the tool after it is installed on the shaft, that is (clockwise or counterclockwise).

(3) The type of woodworking machinery used.

(4) The wood material to be processed so that we can use alloys in a targeted manner.
